The Sunday night Yin class with Natasha was a delightful surprise. The yin series as well as the support items (ball), music and atmosphere were wonderful, only thing missing is there weren't enough sand bags for me to experience that particular facet.
The instructor was had good energy. The flow of the class was challenging, but in a way that you wanted to keep on pushing yourself. Thank you.
