It was my first time & Johnna did an amazing job making me feel welcome as well helping me to feel like I had done yoga before.
I love the lunchtime express class!! I actually love every class!! Courtney is an amazing instructor, calm, patient, offers many variations for all levels. She makes the class comfortable and welcoming!! Have brought several friends there also. Will continue to recommend Evb and Flow to everyone i know!!
