I never thought I'd be a regular follower of yoga. My daughter introduced me to it and I've been coming ever since. I've told friends about it and a few have continued with it. I haven't had to many opportunities to try other classes because of my schedule. I do enjoy Tuesday and Thursday flow classes with Courtney. She has done a wonderful job with Ebb and Flow. I have recommended ebb n flow since you opened. I think you have multiple yogis that have visited you because I always recommend you. 😊. I’ve not been for a while as I need more restorative yoga and my schedule hasn’t coincided with your offerings
