The instructors are amazing, and every class helps me grow in my practice.
The teacher was so helpful! My friend is pregnant and she helped her change positions to make it better for her :)
I've taken two classes there so far. They were both great. Teachers are encouraging, clear, and kind. They know their stuff. Setting is great. Love the lavender cloth over the eyes at the end of the class.
