It was my first time at Ebb and Flow and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The instructor, Courtney, was warm and welcoming yet very knowledgeable. She kept it moving with encouragement to do what was right for our own bodies and experience.
I love the atmosphere and how comfortable I feel in the studio! And all the instructors are amazing ❤️
