It's a tough class! I love the vibe! Teacher is fantastic and the play list rocks!
It was an amazing session. I enjoyed the flow of the class and the ease with which the instructor was able to meet me where I was at throughout the session. I really enjoyed the addition of the essential oils and the cold cloth at the end. It was a wonderful experience all around.
I love the energy and atmosphere at Ebb and Flow. The instructors are fantastic and I love their pressure-off approach to helping students develop from their individual practice.
