I love Ebb and Flow Yoga! The instructors I have encountered are all so welcoming, supportive and great at encouraging us students. I have learned so much in a short few months, practicing yoga at Ebb and Flow, and it feels like family when I'm there!

Courtney provides a space for you to quietly connect with yourself while being guided through a deep asana and meditation. Her style was fluid and very much without ego which enhanced my individual experience immensely. Ebb & Flow will be my go-to yoga studio from now on!
