The pleasing and well designed crisp, white space with light flooding though the windows was a perfect start to a sweaty, challenging and fun music-filled practice with Jamie. I left feeling stronger and more in touch with my calm center. The teachers were personal and instantly made me feel part of the community, even though it was my first visit. I will definitely be coming back for more!
Earth wind fire has been a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. The schedule is consistent and the sessions are
dynamic. What I most like about it: when you enter that yoga studio you feel like you belong to it. Anyone can belong to it. It does not feel like you entered a temple. Instead, you are welcome at all times. No matter your level of expertise. Thanks Alice, Madzy, Meghan and all the instructors!
