Earth Wind Fire is my go to studio in town! I have been going to Jaime's classes for years. She is phenomenal and always seems to know what I need when I need it--from poses to motivational music. I leave feeling strong and invigorated. Madzy is also amazing, mixing hard work with thoughtful messages, themed playlists and essential oil aromas, leaving you feeling balanced and zen!-- Ann Frossard@
