Very clear cues and I felt comfortable walking perfect pace and level for beginner to advanced. I felt rejuvenated and balanced after.

The instructors check in with their students they ask how we're doing and if we have limitations... they are knowledgeable about the anatomy in the context of yoga 🧘♀️
