Dwell has always been a safe place for me to explore the practice of yoga. I have never felt pressured to do the most advanced version of a pose but have alwaysfelt encouraged to practice at my level. I have learned so much and always leave feeling loved and at peace. It's more than just a studio, it's a place where Ifeel at home.

Great balance of intensity where it gradually ramped up. I didn't feel like I was being yelled at over the music, and it wasn't so hard I couldn't do any of the poses in addition to just the right amount of challenge. Overall, it was balance, I walked in with a tension headache and walked out feeling relaxed and burned over 500 calories. What's not to love?
