The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I was nervous starting out because I thought I would be judged. The instructors are welcoming and Jane is absolutely amazing. She has a graceful presence and beautiful spirit. She has provided me a place to start to develop an acceptance of myself which has been instrumental in my life and personal recovery. When I go to dwell it feels like home it’s a safe sanctuary that allows me to just be with myself in a peaceful space.
