The flow and instruction for the beginner's yoga class was excellent. Anne explained posture and focus areas throughout. The studio is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I was a regular before COVID and am just coming back, this studio has been critical to rehabilitating a multitude of orthopedic matters for me & is part of my wellness regime. The instructors are very good and spend time listening & guiding you so you don't hurt yourself. The facility is immaculate and everyone is professional!
