First, when I walked into the building, I immediately started to calm given the relaxing scent, sounds and lighting. Then, Dee at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. She told me everything I needed to know. Then the class was well done - from the temps, the music and the great instructor! I appreciated her walking around and gently improving my poses. The class also worked well for my skill level and I left feeling stretched and strengthened. It was a fantastic environment and experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
