Allie was an incredible teacher. Embody was just what I needed. I'm also pregnant and loved having her as a guide since she is as well. This studio is a true gem in the heart of Fredericksburg. I have been attending classes here for a few years now and I can honestly say that I have never been to a class that I didn't enjoy and benefit from.
