I was a regular before COVID and am just coming back, this studio has been critical to rehabilitating a multitude of orthopedic matters for me & is part of my wellness regime. The instructors are very good and spend time listening & guiding you so you don't hurt yourself. The facility is immaculate and everyone is professional!
