I had a private session with Alana, who was a pleasure to work with. She went over the primary things that I wanted to go over, my wrists and shoulder blade area and Alana also went over lots more. I am sore today from using muscles that I apparently don't use much. I will take what I learned and continue on my journey!! Thank you so much!!!
