The staff was courteous and helpful to this newbie. The instructor was cheery, knowledgeable, and helpful to the large class size. I was worried about the size at first, but I didn't feel awkward or overlooked. Additionally, since I am awaiting a new replacement surgery, the adaptations offered were useful and allowed the rest of my body to experience the benefits of yoga. Thank you for a positive experience.
