The practice leader was outstanding. Yoga is new to me. She went slowly, did a good job describing the poses, and made me feel ok that I'm very tight and inflexible.

Expertise with a 'not too tight, not too loose' approach to leading practice. Great environment, sense of social consciousness, some sweet amenities like water with no plastic guilt, a towel or two for hot yoga, the awesome chunky blankets in the main room, and I actually indulged in a piece of fruit on the way out this time :) oh, and family yoga.. I could go on ; ) thank u for being a creator of community here
