Susan’s restorative class is always relaxing and she also shares a positive message. Nothing beats being able to practice in the studio but the restorative class is the easiest for me to practice at home on zoom.

Dragonfly instructors continue to provide wonderful classes virtually . Their description of poses and movements is clear and they offer modifications based on level. The sequence and scaffolding of poses build upon each other for well planned classes.
