After taking only 2 classes, I’ve already recommended Dragonfly Yoga to friends! So far, every Yogini has been great. I love the variety of classes offered and the fact that there are 2 studios to allow different classes to run. It’s always clean and I love that everything is provided for those who don’t have what they need (Mat, towel, etc). The second you walk through the door, you can feel the peaceful and grounding energy of the environment. I’m so happy I got an unlimited membership and definitely see myself bringing friends with me in the future.

Nice class. A little intense for me that early in the morning but always the student's responsibility to modify as needed. Appreciated the adjustments offered to refine a couple of my poses. I'll definitely be back.

Because the instructor "Audrey" was awesome! The atmosphere was relaxing and very welcoming. Other staff were welcoming. We received clear guidance and perfect attention during the session to ensure proper positioning etc.. I've only had 1 other yoga session in my life. But, I loved everything about this one. If you had a beginner Thai-Chi class I would sign-up for that too.🙂
