In normal times, Dragonfly Yoga provides a variety of classes in a good location. In our current stay at home time, Dragonfly has found a way to give seamless class offerings via live stream. What I like most is that a way was developed to keep the instructors employed and doing what they love. I take classes from Alana Weathersby. She is a fabulous instructor and beautiful inside and out!!
