Loved the instructors structure of the class and the incorporation of mind body health and reminding us to focus on what our intentions were for the class and that it doesn't have to be about gaining only physical fitness but to nurture our bodies as well. She reminded us often if proper alignments and form. Breath was also a key component to the class.
