Dragonfly instructors continue to provide wonderful classes virtually . Their description of poses and movements is clear and they offer modifications based on level. The sequence and scaffolding of poses build upon each other for well planned classes.

Instructions were very clear for needed props before class, and just before a specific pose. I like "building" positions because as we go through the movements and add on, we have the ability to improve each pose. The class is taught at a good pace and different levels are offered, when needed.
