This was my first yoga class, Hot yoga at that. Everyone welcomed me. The studio was very clean and accommodating. I didn't feel like a "first timer". I felt like I belonged. That is something we all need, to belong. Since this class I have felt awakened and I'm going back. Alana was the instructor. Her energy and light is contagious.
