Parking is no problem, but it's always a joy when I choose to walk through downtown Fredericksburg to get to Dragonfly. Being in Anne Kemp's energetic, immaculate studio is a fun experience every time. The teachers are professional and knowledgeable, and somehow still surprise you with each class. The variety of classes Dragonfly offers also keeps things fresh both physically and mentally...a wonderful blend of graduated flexibility and strength challenges for beginner and advanced yogis alike. There is an excellent communication system to book classes with an easy-to-use app. Bottom line: this studio is fantastic!
