It was my first yoga experience , I took the hot yoga class Saturday at 10:30 . The environment was comfortable and peaceful and the instruction was easy enough to follow but still had a challenge to my body and mind ! I wish there were more weekend times for hot beginner yoga !

Dragonfly is a beautiful and refreshing space. The atmosphere is lovely. All the staff and teachers I interacted with were welcoming and friendly. I took a class with Tara and she was a sub and for being pretty fresh out of her 200 hour, she did a great job!
