I've attended numerous yoga classes and the instructor was highly expertised. Plus the woman who greeted my friend and I (despite us showing up as the class was about to start) seemed so geniuenly warm and friendly. I felt very welcomed and warm, the venue is also lovely.

Everyone is super friendly, reserving a class is easy with mind body and I love Alana's class! I only drop in when I am visiting my parents, so every two months or so but if I lived their would definitely be a member!
