Parking is no problem, but it's always a joy when I choose to walk through downtown Fredericksburg to get to Dragonfly. Being in Anne Kemp's energetic, immaculate studio is a fun experience every time. The teachers are professional and knowledgeable, and somehow still surprise you with each class. The variety of classes Dragonfly offers also keeps things fresh both physically and mentally...a wonderful blend of graduated flexibility and strength challenges for beginner and advanced yogis alike. There is an excellent communication system to book classes with an easy-to-use app. Bottom line: this studio is fantastic!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. It was nice to be welcomed by a cheerful smile as I was feeling a little nervous about getting back into yoga after a very long time. The class was well taught and very relaxing. Liberty was wonderful at explaining each move and gave lots of options for modified movements. It was good to feel that no matter where we are in our journey, there was no judgment or expectation. I had a wonderful experience and I can't wait for class next Monday. I am looking forward to exploring more class options as well! Thank you so much! 10/10 recommend!
