The studio is clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed both teachers styles, and appreciate that the classes vary from teacher to teacher. I would recommend 10 out of 10, but with so many classes being waitlisted I'm not so sure I want to tell anyone else 😂

I’m one of the Dragonfly teachers but I’ve been enjoying Annie’s 6am Tuesday class in recent weeks. It’s so important for teachers to make time for personal practice as well and I know I’m in good hands with Annie. I’m so grateful for Dragonfly both as a local teacher and most importantly a local student. Yoga is a lifelong forever practice and I’m so grateful we have this amazing studio in Fredericksburg with phenomenal teachers if I do say so myself. I am grateful for Annie’s guidance on the mat. She’s a fantastic teacher.

I love the attention to gentling down and attention to importance of shavasana. Dragonfly is attentive to the spiritual and self care that is so important to yoga practice. Teachers individualized moves based on needs of students.
