Loved my yoga session. I needed a gentle approach that day. It was wonderful because the instructor noted the need and provided great prompting. Also, she suggested Jason for a message. I met with him that day and experienced a healing massage. The pain I had was gone and my body detoxed overnight. Perfect to help me heal!
