I can't say enough great things about Bethany! She has an incredible ability to create the perfect balance in every class—challenging enough to feel accomplished but never overwhelming. Her yoga flow & meditate class is just what I need to start my Saturday morning feeling refreshed and centered. Her intuitive approach and calming presence make every practice a joy.
