I love yoga outside. The instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. The class left me feeling peaceful yet energized.

The class with Benny was so refreshing. The sound component literally melted my stress away. My body felt amazing moving through the flow. Challenged yet appropriately such that I also felt genuine joy. Besides Benny’s skillful instruction, I enjoyed the sequence and contextual explanations for the asanas such as the dance between sun and moon, energies of receptivity and action, etc. The community was also warm and shared likeminded events afterwords.
