• Great facial and pedicure. My own issue, Adam did a great job, but I think I'd be more comfortable with a female massage therapist next time. When I first got to the spa, for 3 services, the person who greeted me walked me back as far as the coffee and water and said "water and beverages are over there, feel free to sit in the relaxation area until your therapist calls you". No offer of a robe or slippers so I had to put my clothes back on after every service. Then there was an additional $17 charge just to take my gel off my toenails. I will say that Kate did come through on her promise to me after the previous appointments I had were canceled when I took a day of of work for them and she did give me a discount. Overall, you all have the best relaxation area in any Brandon spa but I want to feel important! Little word of advice from Mary Kay (Mary Kay Cosmetics empire) - "treat every customer like they have a sign around their neck that says show me I'm important to you"😊
