• When I've received services in the past, you were given a robe and slippers to wear. This time I had to dress and undress between services. No robe no slippers. Perhaps it's a cost savings. Also the prices have increased. And, they were unable to accept my spa cards or a Visa prepaid card. Something about the "system" didn't allow for it. The technicians are the reason for the high score.

• Frontier desk staff was very nice, especially the ring girl. Also Carla gave the best massage I ever had. Carla was very professional, and kind as well.
