My birthday celebration at DayDreams Day & Med Spa in Brandon, FL, was an indulgent escape into wellness and relaxation, shared with my sisters. This is their favorite day spa in the area, so I knew I was in for a treat.

The waiting area exudes tranquility, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and soothing music that instantly melts away stress. As we settled in, the friendly team graciously welcomed us with refreshing mimosas and a selection of snacks, setting the tone for a day of pampering ahead.

Luxurious massages left us floating on clouds of bliss. The skilled therapist expertly worked out my tension and knots, applying just the right amount of pressure. We also indulged in pedicures to pamper us from head to toe. While my pedicurist was friendly and accommodating, it was evident that she was still refining her skills compared to some of the other seasoned team members. Nevertheless, the end result was lovely, and the experience was enjoyable overall. It was the perfect way to celebrate another trip around the sun and create lasting memories with my sisters.

Beyond upset! A week ago, I scheduled a couples spa package (Love Birds) online for an opening this Friday. Today, I get a phone call to confirm our appointments to learn their online scheduler improperly booked the spa day and they now cannot accommodate the package for my husband and I unless we changed our day! At one point it was insinuated that I "must have changed the time of the services when booking", however that is not something you can even manipulate when booking a spa package on their website. (Perhaps you should remove the ability to online book if your scheduler doesn't function properly).
I am 2 month's postpartum with maternity leave ending this Sunday. I was BEYOND looking forward to a few hours out of the house, baby free and pampered. To say I am crushed is an understatement.
To you it may mean nothing to cancel another appointment, but for me, it was supposed to be an afternoon of relaxation that I SO NEEDED to have. They've lost me as a client.

A beautiful spa that offers so many amazing services and each provider always gives their very best in every single appointment! I also love the front desk ladies they are just so sweet! 10/10!

This place is absolutely stunning! The ambiance was great, it even smelt relaxing as soon as i walked in. I was greeted with beautiful smiles and warm welcomes. They took me back and treated me with the up most respect and kindness. Sarah did my facial and OH MY GOD, I have never had a facial before and I was almost completely knocked out. I also got my nails done and a massage with Ashleigh and let me tell you!!! She is a 10 out of 10. After I was done i came out and was greeted with another great smile by Dom and Josie. They were so patient with me and talked me through all of the products and the memberships. Daydreams Day spa definitely hired a beautiful family.

First time client and I'm hooked!!! First of all, the place is gorgeous!! So clean and homey but elegant Yami (I believe) did my massage and it was perfect! So relaxing and enough pressure for my many knots I highly recommend this place. As soon as I paid for mine, I made one for my husband. Can't wait to schedule my next one now

It was AWESOME I asked for deep massage and I always feel bad cause I know it's tough work .. Betty did amazing deep from start to finish 80min, very impressed

This place is just magical. I didn't even know this place was here. My sister in law treated me to a spa day before my baby boy came. We were secretly hoping the massage would help push the baby out lol ! When we first got in the receptionist greeted us right away and knew about the appointment so she took us back to the lounge area. The lounge area alone was huge. They have flavored water and seltzer water and also offer wine or mimosas. The lounge is very relaxing too so it sets the mood for you before getting your massage and facial.

My first service was a facial and it was done by Daniella. She was great. The sweetest lady and really took her time on my face. I explained to her how my hormones were changing with the pregnancy and my skin was doing some crazy things and she knew exactly what I needed. She explained my skin was pretty good and the random spots of dryness were just of the pregnancy. She did an excellent job on my face. My face was glowing for days after. She knew I wanted to relax as well so she kept the talking to a minimum and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the facial. I highly recommend booking Daniella for your facial if you book that service here.

For my second service I had Brittany and she did the prenatal massage. Her hands are magical ! While most people come to get a massage and relax I was there relaxing but also talking her ear off ! Luckily she didn't mind and we had a great session. She was helping me prepare for birth and made my body feel so relaxed and calm afterward. It was exactly what I needed. I am sure if I wasn't pregnant she still would have a done a fabulous job on relaxation massage as well.

This place is great and I highly recommend them for anyone in the Brandon area. The prices are a little high, but this place is one of those places that are worth the price !

Consistently nice and great quality! Look out for their packages, they are a great deal.
