Energizing, challenging, breathless, encouraging and fun! I always get such a great work out and feel amazing after class. I spin a lot in Seattle and Cycle Guroo is seriously the best I've ever been to- which includes MANY large chain cycle companies. I love Charlas contagious spirit and genuine personality. I come every time as much as possible when visiting Naples and I tell everyone to try it out if they come down for a visit.
