We so enjoy our Pilates classes and would go everyday if we had the time! The tuition is first class. The classes are small which enables the instructors to help us all.
Because I’m happy coming to the studio as the classes I do improve my health and well-being , I often tell people about the studio .
I always enjoy the classes, particularly liked Denise’s style of teaching. Enjoy the environment and I feel comfortable with the other people in the small class. I certainly felt that I had used my muscles to increase strength and flexibility and I felt the benefit of a really good stretch.
Because the studio and the instructors are amazing . I love the classes and I can feel the benefit after each one . The classes are so small it’s like having a personal coach .
