I had a brilliant introductory taster session with Denise! It was great to have the opportunity to actually try some foundational exercises and the reformer machines, rather than just being shown around the studio or have a consultation. I came away feeling sore (in a good way!) and much more aware of my posture - I couldn't wait to sign up for a beginners package to properly get started
