Coenie took time to thoroughly understand the problem I was having with my neck, but didn't just focus on that one area he looked at my medical history far more holistically, and only after a thorough discussion did he begin treatment. That involved using a TECAR therapy machine which I found very gentle and therapeutic. He also did some gentle manipulation. Throughout the treatment he explained what he was doing at each step and how it was designed to help my problems. At the end he gave me some exercises to do at home to support the treatment. I was surprised how much better I felt after just one treatment and will definitely continue with the osteopathy
