Very professional quick set up. Nina was super nice and patient to get me started and offer multiple new member discounted plans! I took 2 classes so far with Melanie and Nina. Both are great instructors! Loved the workouts. It push you through your limits still allowing to go slow, take breaks and listen to your body! Love the safe community of beautiful, vibrant, strong ladies. Overall enjoyable and amicable! I believe this is exactly what I have been wanting. Have some fun and a bit of push outside my comfort zone. Never happens alone by myself in a dreadly gym. Thank you guys!! Looking forward to more sessions!

Wonderfully helpful staff made this out of towner feel welcome and comfortable. They aren't kidding about cardio and sweat. This was a full body work out. I rarely perspire but both days I was dripping ! Some great fat burning there! I will definitely return next time I am in town.
