I’ve been coming to Club eNRG for 3 years now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. I love the whole package. Nina, her team, the workouts, the vibe, the love, the sense of community. The class workouts are like nothing you’ve ever taken before. You will work every muscle in your body and feel it in the best way. Since moving to the new space, I’m loving how everyone has gotten even closer. You really begin to form a fitness family and get to know everyone so well. The smaller class sizes are also even more intense than ever. There is so much one on one time, that nothing is missed and you’re always getting a great workout in. This is my happy space :)

Incredible personal full body workout with positive instructors and uplifting affirmations. Everyone is very supportive here and it is not a competition. The community is loving and encouraging.

Very challenging workout. I did not know I could do over 100 pushups and over 200 squats in less than an hour. The rest of the workout was equally demanding. Not sure if I love it or hate it but I keep coming back because I love the results.
