This is truly an amazing workout. Nina provides motivation, form correction, incredible instruction all while helping you feel worthy and deserving of investing in yourself. Amazing instructors! I appreciate that the instructors explain and help with adjusting to perfect form. The workout itself is a challenge that doesn't get easier so the body doesn't become complacent. And I love that every class is different. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive! Nina and her team are caring, communicative, and supportive. It's great finding an establishment that dials in and cares about their guests.
