A beautiful studio, welcoming team, wonderful class. Every class I've ever been to is quite advanced and few modifications are offered, so I don't throw that itd be an appropriate studio for all students.
Melissa made everyone feel so welcome - individually introducing herself and asking about their practice. The class was accessible but challenging and so grounding.
