Elise was fantastic. An amazing instructor who is clearly a master of her craft. I do a lot of yoga but had never used props and she made it seemless to work them into the flow.

Alice was amazing! I love the message using the yamas and I really loved the lavender washcloths and bell at the end. It made it feel like such a novel experience, and really helped me stay present.
