Great relaxed atmosphere and Adina has great flows and a great personality. Really enjoy coming to her classes.
I love that every class is so different and intentional around an area of focus, often aligning with what's happening with the moon. This was especially true with my last class with Casey! Instructors are amazing and willing to help, and everyone - from those working the front desk to the other students - are so welcoming.
