• I decided to give cryo a try after my marathon. I was in disbelief on how much just one session helped me with all my muscle soreness I was back at the gym 2 days after the race. I wish I would have done this after my first two marathons. Night and day!

• As a disabled dentist who has treated TMD, Headaches and Athletic Injuries for 10 plus years I am very interested in learning about new ways to heal soft tissue injuries. After sustaining an elbow injury - golfers elbow- and feeling very fatigued from training I thought I'd give Cryotherapy a try. I was definitely cynical, thinking no way cold was going to help heal my elbow and help me recover. Boy was I wrong!! After 2 sessions and compression for the legs I felt so much better!!! I noticed within 48 hours that my elbow ached less and wasn't painful anymore. My legs felt lighter and not bogged down with lactic acid and the cramping diminished. I went back several days later for another session and again, I was surprised how much better my elbow felt later in the day and my legs felt great. I even noticed my sometimes achy shoulder felt better. Overall, I definitely recommend cryotherapy for recovery and overall well being, I slept better too!! The owner, Paul, is a top notch guy as well as the staff!!

• I had heard about chillfit from someone who had flown all the way to Japan to get this type of treatment, so I knew it was worth a shot. I was welcomed immediately by Kylie, she was very professional and personable. The process was easy to sign in and the treatment easy as well. I had just had a chiropractic treatment that helped my knee and the chillfit was the icing on the cake. I had a great deal of relief with one treatment directly on my knee. Look forward to exploring more of their services.
