• After my first time, I started a membership. It is COLD but after it's over I feel a boost of energy. I think it helps me sleep that night as well, which I need. I also do the cryofacial, which is wonderful. It is cold but not as cold as the full body. It really makes my head and face feel great. I would recommend anyone giving it a try. The facility is always pristine and the staff is friendly.

• My daughter sustained a knee injury while playing softball and a teammate suggested Local Cryo to help the pain, inflammation and swelling. I found ChillFit Cyro and we can NOT be happier with our experience! Our tech took the time to explain everything that was happening during the local cryo therapy, took us on a tour of their facility afterwards and explained the different benefits of each service they offer. The facility was very clean, the tech was AMAZINGLY friendly and we will definitely be back! Oh, and the local helped to reduce the swelling and bruising of her knee.. up next, full body cryo to prepare for Nationals!
