I love that there is a free offering class. I encourage some of my young adult clients (I'm a therapist) to find group classes to explore occasionally to practice mindfulness and movement and challenge themselves to engage in a social setting. Many don't have the funds to pay for a class. So this could be an opportunity to challenge themselves in a healthy way.
I also am excited you have heated yoga classes and are only 7 min away from home!
