The place is beautiful and clean . I enjoy the instructor mindy. The best part about it is it's free and i'm new to yoga! The owner is a wonderful person also!
The atmosphere, pace and difficulty are awesome. Mindy is great and creates a welcoming environment.
I understand this is a yoga studio, but I'd love to see a few more classes that offer more variety for strength and resistance training, and some cardio. Power Life Yoga does a great job of this, but I understand this may not be the desire of your clients.
