The class was packed and amazing! It felt like a great community which is what I am looking for. I scheduled a class for this evening and got a class pack!
Great instructors that teach “real” yoga, (theory, breath work, relaxation), not “parks and rec yoga.” I love the classes!
Have taken class from Jane, Sarai and Rochelle. ALL of these instructors are kind and help. Appreciate the clean facility too!
