Space is clean, fresh , modern... staff couldn't be any nicer! Had Karen for mat class... Energetic, excellent instructor... clear , precise directions- really helpful in guiding the movements!
I've been going to Louise for over two years and I really feel like I'm achieving greater flexibility and strength, particularly in my core. It's a killer workout and sometimes I curse the creation of the ab series, but I keep coming back!
Love the instructors and the variety of classes and times.
Atmosphere was really good and energizing. Great instructors so far.
